Bought a Condo home in 2024 in Laguna woods, CA.
She patiently stayed with me (buyer, I’m familiar with the area), through learning about the location, the discovery process, negotiating the purchase, my move-in, and even repair or replacement projects I needed ed prior to move in. She is the Best full service, all around realtor! I’ve worked with plenty. She was patient with the seller, helping them with their own problems that their agent couldn’t or wouldn’t resolve. She was patient with me, visiting from out of town multiple times, showing me so many different homes and the amenities of the neighborhood. She suggested different upgrades or modifications and referred lots of vendors for me to choose from (and to those I used I would give five stars!) She really knows Laguna Woods. Don’t use someone from the outside. This place has so many intricacies. It’s very important to use someone who knows and will go above and beyond the call of duty.
